Please note that bookings for the Help Musicians UK’s Celebration of Music event (formerly known as The Festival of Saint Cecilia) are now open. This special event helps to raise funds to support and help the work, of over 2500 musicians a year and will once again feature the robed procession of Livery Companies.
The Celebration will take place at St Paul’s Cathedral on 18 November at 11 am. The theme is A Legacy to Music and will feature a specially commissioned anthem composed by Matthew Martin and performed by the combined choirs of St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Westminster Cathedral.
Please use the attached form to book places for the service. As always, they are anticipating a high demand so please book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. Livery Company members processing will be seated in a reserved area, all other livery guests will be seated with the general congregation.
Although the Celebration is a ‘free’ event, they would be very grateful for a donation when making your booking. They rely on the support of those who are passionate about music and if you are able to support them with a suggested minimum donation of £25 they would be very grateful.
